I traded partying for lifting. I made one choice after another for ME...It is my experience that fitness , the gym, the weights, led me to me . I go 💯mph whatever direction I go. Turning to fitness put the rest of my life’s priorities in order ... I trained myself, learned to feed myself in a way that loves and nurtures my body. I educated myself and I found discipline, routine, structure, mental clarity, less anxiety, a new way of life that made all of life better. Falling out of shape however it may look... skinny, fat it doesn’t matter it’s all signs of unhealth, unbalance in more than one area of ones life. When you’re out of alignment your whole being is affected. I found a way to live that has far exceeded any fun I ever had before. Remember when i did the GNR in 1.45? .... Its my Flash Back Friday! . Not a HM PB but it was a course PB, back in 2017 i got a PB of 1.49 so in 2018 i thought great 1.45 no problem EASY....... WRONG i ran riot the first 6mile, i did not respect the course and how hilly it was. By mile 7 i was struggling, by mile 9 i wanted to give in, mile 10 i walked for 30 seconds. Finishing 1.51 . 2019 i gave the course respect, i want out with a trained game plan, i stuck to it and i achieved that 1.45🙌 Since then plantar fasciitis has been nothing but a pain in my right foot, stop starting my running and the past 2 weeks my calfs are beginning to become an issues. . After training on Wednesday night i have decided to take a few days off and let my body rest. I think most of us would agree that cake is not good for you. It’s probably not the smartest idea to eat it too frequently. However, it is ok to eat something that you enjoy if it makes you happy even if it’s not “healthy” or beneficial to your goals. If you want a piece of cake on your birthday, go for it. If you want a slice of pizza because you haven’t had pizza in weeks or months, eat that pizza. Not sure why I'm smiling...spent 2 hours driving after work and then killed my legs in the gym. Fitness: Everybody should work for his fitness at all ages and stages and conditions . Exercise is not difficult matter but it is essential for everybody for example here is my training program suitable for all ages and stages and any physical conditions I started doing my fitness program at home at the age of 58 with three old fractures in my back and broken knee . My body was flabby and I had chronic depression but when I started doing my training at home it changed my life and I returned 30 years back and my depression disappeared . Now I am at 60 and everything is well . Only thing you should do is to start doing exercise my program for example is suitable for everyone you can use any rods at home and follow my exercises for all body parts which I demonstrated in my page with my pleasure 😇 .
